Lilly for Better Health™ earns gold and silver Web Health Awards from the Health Information Resource Center

INDIANAPOLIS — Eli Lilly and Company’s (NYSE: LLY) Lilly for Better Health™ was recognized with gold and silver Web Health AwardsSM for its website and e-newsletter by the Health Information Resource Center, a national clearinghouse that annually recognizes the best in consumer-focused digital health resources

Developed by Lilly’s U.S. Medical Health Education department, Lilly for Better Health supports the entire health journey — from pre-diagnosis, through treatment and beyond — by offering more than 100 non-product-branded, online health education resources, many available in Spanish.

The website,, was one of 79 websites recognized with an award, and one of only eight to receive gold. The Lilly for Better Health e-newsletter was one of only three entries to receive a silver award.

Nearly 500 entries were judged by a panel of 32 experts in digital health media. All entries were reviewed for content, format, success in reaching the targeted health audience and overall quality.
